I t was such a blessing to be a part of the Lordfc work in Argentina! Our team was unique but I felt that we worked together well! For many this was their first time on a missions trip and first time out of the country. Though this was not my first overseas trip, it was still very different than others I had been a part of. In Argentina the focus was completely on ministry and evangelism. The trips I had been on prior to this were construction trips. What an awesome experience! We were exposed to many different types of ministry. Some included: Sports, Church Planting, OAE, Prison Ministry, Classroom time with school children and evangelistic

meetings! We were able to sing and share testimony and preach the Gospel in many different places. There were many highlights to our trip, but one that sticks out in my mind was the prison ministry. We had the privilege of sharing the Gospel with the inmates who had lost all hope and many trusted in Christ! The area of the prison that really broke my heart was an area called “lock-up”. If you can imagine a long hallway with many thick steel doors on either side. Every cell contained one prisoner. In every door there was a small 6 inch hatch that could be swung open. We opened each individual hatch and on our hands and knees shared the message of hope with these hopeless inmates! What a blessing to be a part of GOD’S work! I would pray that the Gospel continues to go forth in Argentina and around the world. - Eric Messer
