Skills, Qualifications & Experience: • Recognised Academic or Professional Qualification. • Hard and Soft Facilities management experience, including substantial in- house maintenance, catering, security, housekeeping services. • Demonstrated experience of managing a complex budget in excess of £15m. • Sound knowledge of commercial business planning and management. • Effectively working as part of both Senior Leadership and Executive teams. • A pro-active problem solver with experience of balancing operational and strategic priorities. • Collaborative and empowering leadership style with ability to build strong relationships. • Experience of driving through change/ transformation programme & aligning teams to revised transition and revised service models. • Exemplary negotiation skills.
