Students leading students A leadership position on any level serves not only as a test of character and challenge of servanthood, but as an incredible opportunity to observe the hand of God. When a leader passionately strives to follow Christ’s example of servant leadership, the growth that takes place in both the life of those leading and those being led is undeniable. Through the RA and Internship programs, students are given the opportunity to lead, inspire and encourage their fellow students while developing their own personal responsibility and self-discipline. Being instructed by seasoned servant leaders, they are challenged to put to use the gifts and abilities God has blessed them with. By the end of the year, these experiences prove to be some of the most significant, life-changing and memorable opportunities of the entire year.
