Florida Dorm Life
(/\>*nEn m The girls of Chile Left celebrate a victory. Dorm Wars was a night of fun, excitement, and competition.
The dorms at WOLBI Florida are not at all what most students had expected. However after having lived in one for a year, all come to really like it- where else can you have a bedroom, living room and bathroom all in one, big open space, and with eight roommates, no less? At first the mundane visage and the cramped interior of the dorms at WOL would make the weak at heart shrink back at the daunting task of staying in one. However despite the homely edifice and the creaky bunk beds, life is quite good in the dorms. Hmm, roommates are definitely the best part about dorm life. It’s so neat to see God take several people from all over the nation and even from other countries and form them into a family. Students really enjoy getting to know each other and watching God work in all of their lives. But what is really awesome, what J 1 students feel bond them together the most, is getting to grow in their relationships with God side bv side. J Students are all good friends as well as brothers and sisters and are there for each other. All in all dorm life is not only a lesson in patience but exciting as well. Col. 3:14 “and beyond all these things put on love which is the perfect bond of unity.” Quiet time is like a bonding between a child and their father. It’s also a determining factor on how your day will progress. Devotions are a special time for each dorm to open their hearts to God and to each other. It’s also a time of fellowship and to hear the Word of God once more before we all go to sieep
