KINDLING A DESIRE FOR SEARCH AND RESCUE OF SOULS
Fresh back from a long winter break, the students were more than ready to listen and observe various missionaries and missions organizations. Many missionaries spoke and many organizations provided presentations throughout the week long missions conference. The WOL missions conference was a great time to catch the heart beat and passions of so many missions groups and individual missionary families. It was a blessing to have them share their burdens with the students, in hopes that they too would share a similar burden and act on it to further the kingdom of God. Many fun activities were included within missions conference week. The students were able to enjoy an international music concert, and the ethnic food banquet tingled the taste buds. Nearing the end of the conference the students were challenged to commit and give their lives fully to God and His work. One way to begin trusting and relying on God was to give to Faith Promise. Many hearts and lives were changed through the missions conference and many students declared their willingness and desire to be servants of God.
