EATING OFF CAMPUS Many of the students joke around about the Sysco food here at WOLBI, so for the girls it’s a treat to eat at the local Thai restraunt.
HAVE SOME SPARE TIME The RA’s enjoy a kick back, relaxing social gathering at Husdson Bowl, another local hangout.
GOD IS FAITHFUL TO HIS WORD Five years before retirement God laid on my heart to go to Word of Life Bible Institute. Then a year before retirement I read a book titled, “If You Want to Walk on Water, You Have to Step Out of The Boat”. For me, my “boat" was the financial security of my job. It was a long internal struggle. Shortly after reading the book I came across my newly adopted favorite verse, Isaiah 41.10, and it’s just bubbling over with promises. As always, God is faithful to His word. Now, in retirement, I want to give God the best years of my remaining years, before “my race is done," beginning with this year at Word of Life Florida Bible Institute. I was all set to attend at Schroon Lake, but in God’s special way, at the last minute He saw to it that iwas switched to Florida. The class size is smaller than in NY, but I am absolutely thrilled studying with the classmates God has put around me here. -Tom Sarrge
THE PLACE TO BE Walmart is more of an extended campus in Florida, so these Floridians snag a shot with a Walmart employeee...or should we say, an extended family member?
