LOVE ONE ANOTHER “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and every one who loves is born of God and knows God.” -7 John 4:7
ANOTHER WE ARE ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST If only five words were allowed to describe every person on the Word of Life campuses, these words would have to be used: “saved by grace through faith.” Everyone, either a student or staff member, is so different from one another yet we all share the same bond in Jesus Christ. This connection gives us brothers and sisters who, under other circumstances, we may not have met. Students come to attend the Word of Life Bible Institute at either the New York or Florida campus from all over the world. They have come from Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Europe, and all over North America to learn of the truths found in the Word of God. The relationships built by students with each other and staff are based on the love of God and will continue for a life time through eternity. Although every person has a different background, they find unity in Christ. At Word of Life, students build strong friendships with their roommates, RA’s, and staff personnel. By having the opportunity to serve together in work assignments, ministries, and camp, people at Word of Life Bible Institute know howto encourage one another. Basing every relationship around the love of Christ, students have found out how important it is to “set their minds on things above.”
