ONE MIND LEARNING NOT ONLY ACADEMICALLY BUT SPIRITUALLY The Word of Life Bible Institute strives to equip young people with a working knowledge of the word of God and encourages them to build a strong foundation that will last for eternity. This task is accomplished in many ways; through classes, ministry, and student life. Perhaps the greatest of these ways is the academic program. One rarely finds an opportunity to attend a school entirely devoted to the study of Bible for one or two years. This is made possible through professors who teach the word of God and allow the students to see it witnessed in their lives. The academic day begins with either a test or a mega quiz of sorts, followed by four 50- minute class periods where subjects range from Bible Survey to Hermeneutics. Besides classes taught daily by resident professors, students also have the pleasure of studying various courses relating to the Bible and Christianity taught by guest lecturers rotating on a weekly basis. Guest lecturers are doctors, missionaries and ministers who have dedicated their lives to teaching Biblical concepts as well as encouraging spiritual growth. These young people will choose different paths on the trails of life. They will serve in many different capacities to further the cause of Christ. However, they will remember the foundational teaching previously taught to them at Word of Life Bible Institute. Whether students attend the Word of Life campus for one year or two, they come with one purpose: “to set their minds on things that are above...”.
