Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; fret not yourself because of the man who prospers in his way, who carries out wicked schemes. Psalm 37:7 PRISON RESCUE__ SHOWING GOD’S LOVE THROUGH SERVICE The ministries of Prison and Rescue Mission are vital in teaching students discipline and work ethic. Groups of male students travel to various places in New York to minister to either prisoners or people staying at the Rescue Mission. The students conduct meetings in order to share the Gospel, as well as being servants, used in any way possible to show the love of Christ to the unsaved world. Being a part of this ministry is certainly a stretching experience but it is also one that will not soon be forgotten by those who participated in this work of evangelism. This ministry enables students to reach into lives that would otherwise be totally closed to the message of Christ. By sharing God’s love by their actions and words, the Prison and Rescue teams reach many people with the joy of the Lord.
