LCM and ACM Teams
This year the structure of ministries changed, making available to more Second Year students the opportunity to minister in local churches through Local Church, Adirondack Club Ministry. These two teams contained nearly half of the Second Year class. Local Church Ministry teams were sent to area churches in need and helped with everything from leading worship to leading the youth program. These teams participated in the Sunday service and special events of the church. Many groups were involved in evangelizing the communities around their church. Adirondack Club Ministry teams went to an area Word of Life Clubs and became leaders in those clubs. They went out at different times during the weekend and worked with youth do ing everything from discipleship and Superbowls to mall hunts and other church activities. Regardless the team, students greatly enjoyed their ministry. They were provided with consistent church fellowship which resulted in many new friendships. In the end students left their marks on the people they worked with and walked away with an extended family.
