South America Missions Reality: Argentina od really did work in my life during this trip... Through a translator we were able to give the Gospel with th Evangecube, then the translator told me to give my testimony. I shared what God had done in my life and a couple kids got saved. Later, I learned that one of those saved had shared that before the events, he had thought he was too bad to come to Christ, but through the story of my dark life, he got saved. I started to cry when I realized how God took something so wrong and made it so good. ” P at M urphy Like many missions trips it seems that we are ministered to more than we minister. The people’s thankfulness and love was so evident in their giv ing to us. The language barrier made it difficult, especially when sharing the gospel with a translator. But when someone got saved after I was able to present the gospel to them, I knew that it was not anything that I did, but totally by God’s grace and power. We were able to minister on the camp property, see the ministry that they have in Argentina and watch the students be challenged to live in a way that is so different. The students really have a heart to know God’s Word, learn from it and are committed to the Lord. It was a really stretching time for me, teaching about loving others and being willing to do anything with a good attitude for a God who loves me more than I can ever know. Written by Tabitha Hood
