A typical day at the Bible Institute, if it can be so called, is always a busy one. Sometimes they may seem to be scheduled from morning to night, governed by bells; but there is rarely a dull moment. For some, the morning begins right at 5:30; the earliest you are allowed to be up; and for others it may start at 7:13 when the first Quiet Time bell rings. No matter what time your alarm may sound, the first event of the day, and probably the most important is Quiet Time. The thirty minutes in the morning set apart to spend communicating with God through reading His Word and praying. g By 8 o'clock, every student is in their seats ready to begin classes. The next five hours contain chapels, exams, guest lectures, Bible Survey, Hermeneutics, or any other aspects of the academic curriculum that make up the Bible Institute. But, once that last bell rings at 12:50, it becomes a race to the lunch line. For most, 2:00 until 5:00 is free time; unless you have an afternoon service assignment or have to work off d-hours. During their free time,

you can find students in a P.E. class, reading, spending time with friends, or even sleeping. By the time dinner starts at 5:00, everyone is ready to relax and enjoy their last hour and a half of free time for the afternoon. Next comes study hours, or free unless you are exempt from them. Although two and a half hours of studying may seem grueling at first, they prove to be profitable by the end of each quarter, especially with all the reading you do through the year! On every class night, rooms, hallways, or dorms meet together for devos. These fifteen minutes spent together sharing, praying, and praising is what bonds the student body together in Christ. The rest of the night includes an hour of free time before being in dorms and lights out by 11:30. From the end of class on Friday until study hours on Monday the time is open, no bells, no classes. Whether you stay on campus or make an infamous Walmart run, you can always find something to make life at the Bible Institute exciting.
