The theme for the year is to “Walk Worthy of Your Calling.” (Ephesians 4:1) The staff at the Bible Institute is our living example of how to do so. They lead by example, living out Biblical Principles in their own lives, praying that it will cement in our minds so that we can begin to live out scripture in the same way. This iswhat makes the staff unique.
Not only does the administration and staff take the time to show the students they care about them on a personal level, but the staff also has an interest in the student's spiritual lives. If a student is struggling academically or having problems at home, they know they can approach any staff member with questions and the staff will take the time to listen, offer advice, and pray with them. In return,
the staff may frequently stop the students and ask about their quiet time or what they have learned in classes, checking up on the students spiritual growth. As the students finish their time at WOLBI and go into different fields of life, one thing they will remember most is how the staff loved them and impacted their lives, influencing them as they grew closer to Christ.
