For some it was their first time away from home, first time at college, first time living with roommates; while others have been through the college process before. But for all the first year students, they were in for an adventure that they could have never dreamed of having. From jumping right into classes and weekend ■ ministries fall quarter to walking across the stage at graduation, not one student is able to leave
the Bible Institute without seeing some change in his life. The cirriculum of the first year program is designed to lay a Biblical foundation in every student's life. With year long classes such as Bible Survey and Theology, as well as guest lecturers typically teaching a specific book of the Bible, a knowl edge of the Word of God is engrafted into the thinking of each student. Learning to balance classes, homework, and service assignments can be a tedious
process. Being pushed far beyond your comfort zone on ministry is a stretching experience. Living with roommates can be exciting and trying and frustrating. But, at the end of the year, the work and effort invested by each student will be rewarded. The principle of life change becomes evident in more than just the gaining of a greater knowledge of God's Word. Left: Bethany Archer; Sierra Fields; Rachel Boddie; Andrew Gombossy.
