Every year the Word of Life Bible Institute becomes home for students from all over the world. Each inhabitable continent is represented in this year's classes with students from approximately fifteen different countries. You can rarely go anywhere on campus without running into someone from a different culture. Adjusting to life in a dorm can be an interesting experience for both the international student and their American roommates! From overcoming language barriers to tasting foreign delicacies, friendships are formed that no ocean can ever m iff alltne
natia separate. Interacting together in the classroom, at meals, and in the dorm provides great opportunities to learn from one another. For many of the international students, studying in a language other than their own can become difficult. But, because of the help received from many of the other students, they are able to learn God's Word in a way that most never dreamed possible. After spending one or two years at the Bible Institute, almost all of the international students return to their home countries with a great burden and passion to share the Gospel with their people.
