In 1992, he returned to Schroon Lake, New York to take the position of Assistant to the Director of Word of Life International Ministries. After assisting Paul Bubar for five years, he was appointed as the Vice President of the Word of Life International Ministries Division. He has ministered in over fifty countries, and in 2006, Don was given the added responsibility of Director of Word of Life Fellowship. Don is married to Darla and is the father of four children: Alyssa, Jonathan, Justin, and Ashlyn.
Don Lough accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior on January 22, 1970. Ten years later, he dedicated his life to the Lord to be used for full-time ministry. / In 1984, he received his diploma from the Word of Life Bible Institute and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cedarville University in 1987.
