Work Assignments
Work assignments, a key part of WOLBI life. Believe it or not, work assignments are not given simply to cause the students to have no free time. By having die students work a mere six hours a week, tuition costs are drastically cut. Something that NO student seems to mind! Also, as the students work together the}' learn the value of hard work, a Christian work ethic, and an attitude of service. Besides, no one will deny how much fun diey had getting to know their co-workers in food prep. Work assignments were also an excellent opportunity to practice having an attitude of pleasing God instead of man. Students learned to work hard even while their supervisors were not watching, knowing that die Lord said u...be obedient to diose who are your masters according to the flesh...in die sincerity of your heart, as to Christ; not by way of eye service, as men- pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from die heart.</> Ephesians 6:5-6 „ . , . r Rebecca Johnson
