Spanish 3 Being part of the Spanish ministry has always been such a blessing. It was challenging and very stretching but also a time to learn and minister. Going to Brooklyn, Passaic, and the Bronx, we were able to work among the church people, share the gospel with those in the community, and have children’s meetings in the parks. As the children came to get a balloon shaped in the form of a dog, they were told how Jesus could be their best friend. It was amazing to see the Lord use small things like balloons, rope tricks, and rat traps to bring people to Himself. Even though at the beginning of the week there was a lack of unity, the team grew closer together as the week went on, developing friendships that would last even after the week was over. Seeing die Lord work in different areas made everyone realize why we do what we do, remembering that it is all because of who He is. Joanna Morton
