B AYONNE, NJ — Bay- onne’s fast-growing wa- terfront neighborhood is taking another big step forward with the opening of the third and final phase of Bay 151, developer KRE Group announced today. Highly anticipated by Hud- son County renters, the new phase opens with 212 brand- new studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences that are now available to lease.
