EDISON, NJ — Seasoned brokerage professionals Paul March of Montgomery and Mark Fowler of Ocean Township joined Lee & As- sociates’ New Jersey opera- tions this fall as senior vice presidents. The new additions to the commercial real estate firm’s Edison office continue a period of active growth for the Garden State team. March is a proven market leader with more than 38 years of office leasing experi- ence representing both land- lords and tenants, including global firms such as Samsung and LG Electronics. He spe- cializes in the Princeton office submarket and the Tri-State region’s growing life sciences sector. Prior to joining Lee & Associates he held posi- tions at Newmark and CBRE. March earned a bachelor’s de- gree from Cornell University. Fowler’s commercial real estate career began almost 25 years ago. He specializes in the sale and leasing of of- fice and industrial properties with a focus on Monmouth, Mercer and Middlesex coun- ties. Fowler joined Lee & Associates from Newmark, and previously was an agent with Weichert Commercial.
