Sports is a great way of reaching people for Christ at their level. Ours, the season of ’89/90, was one of excitement and cooperation. We were able to go to our games with anticipation of victory on the scoreboard as well as in our tes timonies on the field. Our game against Green Mountain College in Vermont sticks out in my mind. Although they blew us away on the scoreboard, they were impressed that we kept fighting until the final whistle blew. This is just a small reflection of how our walk with Christ ought to be. To the WOLBI soccer team of ’89/’90,1 would like to say: Keep up the good fight, and finish the course in whatever you may pursue for Christ. (II Tim. 4:7) On the Victory Side, Bob Parschauer Ps. 37:4 Upper Right: Fighting a hard battle against Green Mountain.
