AN INSIDE LOOK

Creation The raindrops clinging to the tree The sunlight peering from above. Reminds me of creation’s beauty. And of the Great Creator’s love. The sunrise on a rippling lake, as fog is gently raising. The carpet wild flowers make, the simple, subtle daisy.

When I gaze into the sky, When all the stars ablaze, I cannot even fathom why, I stand so meek, amazed!

Friendship The past brought us together. A lonely autumn day. And we didn’t know whether, We should go or stay. I had so many hopes and dreams, for us to follow through, but seasons change and winter comes, Our paths are changing too. I don’t know what the next day, Will bring into our lives. Like looking in a sunray, Makes tears come in my eyes. It really doesn’t matter, ’cause in my heart I know, That though our paths may wander, I just can’t let you go. I don’t know where we’re going. I only know you’re near. It’s clear as daylight showing, The past has brought us here. Don’t worry ’bout tomorrow, Today is not the end. Don’t worry and don’t sorrow, You’ll always be my friend! Your love for me demands my love, To you and to your son, Who came to earth just like a dove, Creations Glorious One. I ask myself, Lord what is man, That you would come to die? I never will quite understand, This beauty makes me cry.
