Word of Life Bible Institute Yearbook 2000

Resident Assistants Being a Resident Assistant is a highly accountable esponsibility. It is a position that requires integrity and alance between discipline and compassion. Since the i.A.'s live in the dorm with the rest of the students and hey are students themselves, they are looked upon as he leaders of the campus. They are looked up to for

their advice and biblical counsel along with consis tency of upholding the rules. Not only does this re sponsibility develop leadership skills in the individual, it prepares them for further ministry with people and opportunities to get into the lives of others and be a blessing in their lives.
