We had great student participation in decorating the B.I. Dining Room to set the mood for this year’s Mission Conference. The opening meeting began with a parade of flags accompanied by a multi-media presentation. Harry Bollback enthusiastically preached the Word of God and we all enjoyed seeing the fdm, “Where the Arrow Flies.” Each day we were challenged to “wake up to our great responsibility of getting the Gospel out before it is eter nally too late,” through Passport to Prayer, the General
Sessions and the Mission Agency presentation. Some of the highlights were the International Concert, the European Food festival and the Faith promise. But nothing compared to witnessing the Spirit of God move in the hearts of so many of the students placing their lives in the Lord’s hands to do His will, whatever and wherever that might be. Oh to God that all who made that commitment would stand fast in their covenant with God!
