The R.A.’s fill a very important role at the Word of fe Bible Institute. They not only help out with rule forcement but they also play an important part in the iristian discipleship process. They were taught in the A. elective how to provide biblical counseling, advice, couragement, and much more. The joys of being an A. include staying up after lights out when someone eds to talk, handing out those little white blessings,
