Apocalypse “The Apocalypse? No, I don’t think there’s going to be an Apocalypse. I mean, if there is one, there’s nothing really I can do about it.” “I saw the movie, Apocalypse Now.. .something about the ending of the world or something.” Such is the world in which we live and minister. It is not an easy task to reach people with a message that is not taken seriously, as if Revelation is merely a mythological allegory. But the team of Apocalypse and After is deter mined to impact each audience member. Whether it be for a salvation or dedication decision, one cannot leave a performance unaffected. With a cast and crew that totals about 50, the group
functions like a family and is constantly learning more about the sovereignty of the Heavenly Father. The story, centered around the rapture and tribulation, follows Nathan as he deals with the “disappearance” of his wife. Nathan comes face to face with the Antichrist and is forced to see the consequences of his unbelief in Jesus Christ as his Savior from sin. For the non-believer, the end of the story is condemning, yet the children of God rejoice. They know that Jesus is Lord of all, and that they are co-heirs with Christ! Praise the Lord for such a ministry as this, and for the great and marvelous things He has done in and through those involved. — Alicia Horkey
