Brandon is the Chief Security Officer at Argo Group in San Antonio, TX, has over 15 years of leadership in hosting, banking and insurance industries. He leads a global cyber, data protection, physical security, data privacy program and business continuity/disaster recovery programs for the group. Bryan Willett has been the CISO at Lexmark since 2016. During his tenure, he has had a strong focus on maturing the security practices across the corporation, including IT security, supply chain security, and product security. Before his role as CISO, Willett served various roles within Lexmark's R&D organization over 18 years, with the most recent being responsibility for Lexmark's product security. Gene is the ‘executive-in-charge’ of the growth engine of Amelia.ai. This encompasses business/offerings structuring, commercial management, and Sales & Marketing. Prior to Amelia.ai, he was on the Executive Committee at the Unisys Corporation and led the global P&L’s for the Cloud & Applications Services and Cybersecurity units. Mike is a partner based in McKinsey’s UK office and is the Firm’s global chief information officer (CIO). Prior to joining McKinsey, Mike was head of technology for three global financial services organizations for almost 20 years, including a hedge fund manager, an investment asset manager, and an insurance broker. Mike’s global perspective comes from leading technology teams in Switzerland, India, the United States, and the UK. Prior to his CIO roles, Mike founded and ran a software products company and was a non-executive director of a software startup specializing in digital-rights management. He started his career as a management consultant with two leading professional services firms. In 2008 and 2010, Mike was voted one of the top-50 CIOs in the UK in a survey by Silicon.com. He has also been a CIO advisor for a major global technology company and was part of an initiative with Boston University to explore the strategic direction for offshoring and outsourcing. Recently, Mike participated in a global panel of CIOs at the World Economic Forum in Davos, talking about culture in a connected world. Nick Chodorow is an experienced business technology leader with a passion for digital transformation who recently started a new role as M. Holland’s Chief Innovation Officer. Until a few months ago Nick served as Arctic Glacier Premium Ice’s Chief Information Officer.While at Arctic Glacier he was tasked with providing the packaged ice company with strategic vision and leadership for their IT and business process initiatives. This involved improving the availability and performance of AG’s production environments, initiating and driving the modernization of AG’s internal applications, and taking the leadership role in the company’s efforts to improve its engagement with the customer through a unified customer experience and centralized ice distribution. Prior to joining Arctic Glacier Nick spent 6 years as the CIO for the Belt Railway Company of Chicago leading the railroad through a digital transformation. Mehta joined WWE in 2013 as Vice President, Digital Technology and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Media Technology in 2015. Prior to joining WWE, Mehta was with NBC Universal where he held leadership roles with NBC Sports and served as the Chief Technology Officer for Dyle Mobile TV. Mehta has also held technology positions for General Electric, and Sitetrends, an east coast based internet company. Mehta has been recognized with numerous industry awards including a 2008 Emmy Award for "Outstanding New Approaches in Sports Broadcasting," for his work with NBC Olympics and multiple Webby Awards for his work with the WWE Network.

Steve Mills is Global Chief Information Officer for iHeartMedia, Inc. As Forrester’s first “chief business technology officer,” Steve Peltzman was responsible for guiding the transformation of Forrester’s own internal technology efforts from the traditional information technology (IT) approach to what Forrester advocates companies should adopt: business technology (BT). Now, in leading Forrester’s FeedbackNow business and as a member of Forrester’s executive team, Steve is responsible for helping drive the company’s revenue, innovation, and growth as well as client value and success. FeedbackNow is Forrester’s comprehensive, real-time solution to measure, analyze, and act on customer feedback. Prior to joining Forrester, Steve spent a decade as the chief information officer at The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City. Dr. Tarika Barrett is the CEO of Girls Who Code, an international non- profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology by inspiring, educating and equipping young women with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities. Prior to becoming CEO, Tarika served as Chief Operating Officer of the organization. She led the organization's free Summer Immersion Program and after-school Clubs Program, which has reached 500,000 girls around the world to date. Additionally, she managed the launch of international Programming, Alumni Programming, and managed the People & Culture team. Tsvi Gal is Head of Enterprise Technology Services (Infrastructure) at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Prior to MSKCC, Mr. Gal wasCTO ofMorgan Stanley, where he was responsible for constructing an industry-leading, evolutionary architecturecompetitively positioned both on the buy side (asset management) and on the sell side (investment banking) for future growth through innovation, processing scale, and efficiency. Before his position at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gal was CTO and Managing Director for Deutsche Bank Capital Markets. Previously, he was CIO at Time Warner Music Group (WMG). Under his leadership, WMG introduced mobile ring tones to the USA and was the first partner of Apple's iTunes/iPod drive. He also led the transformation of WMG's web assets into a full fledge eCommerce site with over 14 million unique users. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Gal was the President and COO of ATT.com. In this position, he was responsible for AT&T's eBusiness and eCommerce activities. Mr. Gal also led the global sourcing and vendor management effort for all of AT&T – resulting in a net savings of $145M per annum.

Starting his IT career in the Israeli army in 1976, Mr. Gal served in executive management roles as CIO & CTO at Merrill Lynch (heading global infrastructure), Wells Fargo (heading investment banking, global infrastructure, and the on-line bank), ABN AMRO Bank (CIO of North America), and Bank of America (CTO and Head of Infrastructure and Capital Markets). From 1996 to 2001 Mr. Gal served on the USA technology delegation to the G7 conference of leading economy nations. He is credited with developing the first Internet bank while at Wells Fargo Bank and initiating the first major brokerage on-line trading system at Merrill Lynch. As a result of these achievements and others, he was presented with the 2001 Einstein Award for achievements in Science and Technology by the State of Israel President, Moshe Katzav. Mr. Gal is a Computer Science graduate of Rutgers University and holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. Veena Jayadeva is currently the Chief of Staff for Guardian’s Chief Information Officer/Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she supports the CIO/COO’s strategic priorities and plays a key role in expanding Guardian’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts. She joined Guardian in 2015 to build the Fortune 250 company’s first CSR program, leveraging her deep experience in financial inclusion, as well as background in business development and strategy consulting. Prior to Guardian, Veena was a Vice President at Grameen America, a NYC-based microfinance institution that has invested over $1.5B in women-led micro- and small businesses across the country.
