Local Church

w hile the geo graphical of youth, teaching Sunday School, or being in volved with a bus minis try are just a few of these areas. Perhaps the most valuable part of this min istry is the opportunity students have to see first hand and participate in the organization and ad ministration of a local church other than their lievers in a variety of home church. Also, liv- issue “ l o c a l ” church may be debatable, the impact of these teams throughout Northeastern New York is indisputable. Many students involved in this ministry head out ✓ Friday or Saturday to work with a body of be- areas service. Cleaning the church building, can vassing, working with the ing in the homes of church memebers for the weekend adds more

opportunity for involve ment. Even though some teams may travel over six * hours total in a weekend, the value of this ministry, in the lives of the stu dents, church members, and for eternity, is well worth the effort and time. After all, no matter what God leads a person to do in his life, one will almost always be in volved in one way or an other in a local church.
