Resident Assistants Holding die posidon of a Resident Assistant is quite a large responsibility in many aspects. There are a total of 40 R.A.’s between first and second year and the task is not an easy one. Besides the everyday classes that we all take, they must also take an R.A. elective and for some a ministry elective. On top of this, they must handle the activities of the dorms. They must maintain a good balance between discipline and being understanding. To be an R.A. means always being there for your fellow students. It is definitely a stretching experience, one where they are being pulled in many different directions. But for many, as they look back on the past year or two they will see the many lives they touched through their ministering, the hard times that helped them to grow, as well as the funny moments and memories made.
