roper interpretation and /r ^ (l 1/ teaching of the Word of God J] is what students expect from the Word of Life Bible Insti tute. They come with a desire to under stand the Bible and to gain a better knowledge of how to practically apply it to their lives. The staff of the Bible Institute is dedicated to providing this in and out of the classroom. Just as Timothy found an example in Paul, “growing him up in the Word,” stu dents find such examples in the leaders God has placed over them at the Bible Institute. They find men and women who wholeheartedly believe that God's will for their lives is constantly giving of themselves for students struggling to become more like Christ. They gather them unto themselves, teaching and molding them, so that they, in turn, can do the same for others. Through many different ministries, these staff members are able to touch students lives. Each student is assigned a staff advisor to give them support throughout the school year, assist them in any way they can, and disciple them. In this way, students can get to know members of staff that would otherwise remain in the background. Another area that staff becomes in volved in is with night-time devotions. At least once a week, a Word of Life staff member (whether full-time Bible Institute staff or otherwise) will come into the dorms and give a devotional for the students. Through their testimonies, devotions, and talking with them, they can have a true impact on the lives of the next generation.
