Word of Life Bible Institute Yearbook 1998

Snow Camp isn’t just a camp with snow on the ground. It is a place of incredible ministry and fun. The theme of the camp was Arctic Frontier. The activities all had a western theme and the Bible Insti tute students learned a new defini tion of hard work and commit ment. The Winter Quarter is 10 weeks long and eight of those weekends were occupied by the Snow Camp ministry. Every stu dent had an assignment and every student got chances to minister wherever they were stationed. The tempo was up and the action was non-stop from the time the camp ers stepped off the buses on Friday until the moment they pulled out of the parking lot on Sunday. As they did, you could almost hear the counselors all sigh in relief. They felt the relief that comes from knowing that you have finished well.
