The Puppet ministry is one that combines technique with a lot of fun. The students who were involved in it were challenged to learn how to make their lifeless puppets come alive to the children that they min istered to. They had to learn hand coordination so as to make sure that the puppet's mouth matched their words. They ministered in local churches regularly, went to the Inn for children’s meetings, and anywhere that needed someone to minister to children in an entertaining way. The team used puppets to tell stories from the Bible and gave normal gospel mes sages in ways that the little children could understand. At times members of the team would come out from behind the curtain and talk to the kids face to face. The Puppet team proved to be an effective way for Word of Life students to reach children with the gospel of Christ.
