Private Gallery Tour with the Curator
Thursday, January 12 | 6 – 8 pm Create your own still life inspired by our current exhibition Sophy Regensburg: A Retrospective . Join us in the Bendel Galleries where you will create your own colorful still life inspired by Sophy’s paintings. You will be guided on tools and techniques you can use to create interesting compositions using a variety of media such as watercolor, colored pencils, collage, and more. All levels are welcome, light bites and refreshments will be served! Members: $25 Non-Members: $35 Paint Like…Sophy Regensburg late-in-life success as a gallery-represented painter. Attendees will hear the backstory of works on view and the importance of the still-life in art history. Following the half-hour tour, you’ll be free to explore the exhibition and chat, over light bites and refreshments.
