Women and especially women of color comprise one of the fastest-growing segments in corporate America. Yet, often they are underrepresented, underpaid, invisible and in many cases the “only” or, one of a few at their corporate tables. They fear they must change to be successful while compromising the very essence of who they are. They don’t realize they are slowly losing their authentic rhythm! Best-selling author, Joy Fitzgerald pulls together a wealth of experiences to help women successfully thrive in their careers.
