Speaker Biographies

Dana Brady Executive Women’s Forum Director of Corporate Partnerships

Dana joined the EWF team in 2021. In her role as Director of Corporate Partnerships, she engages with leaders in the industry to support the advancement of the women on their staff. She brings over 15 years of experience in the sponsorship world and is focused on sharing the benefits of the EWF with corporations who wish to bolster their diversity and inclusion initiatives and advocate for the advancement of their women employees. Dana holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Sociology from Hamilton College.

Joyce Brocaglia EWF and Alta Associates, a DSG Company Founder of the Executive Women’s Forum; Managing Director and Global Practice Leader, Cybersecurity

For over three decades Joyce has dedicated her career to building world-class diverse teams and advancing women in Cybersecurity. In 1986 Joyce founded Alta Associates, the leading executive search firm specializing in cybersecurity and IT Risk. In 2002 she founded the EWF which today is the largest member organization serving emerging leaders as well as the most prominent and influential female executives in their field. In 2019, Joyce created BoardSuited®, an online e-learning course that provides professionals with a practical approach to best prepare and position themselves for their first boardroom seat. Joyce is fiercely dedicated to increasing opportunity, access, and representation for all women of every race, religion, sexual orientation and seniority in our industry. Joyce’s reputation in the industry and extensive trusted network has enabled her to create influential and impactful relationships with Corporate leaders, Universities, and the Government to affect positive change for all cybersecurity professionals.

Shefali Budhwani PwC Principal

Shefali Budhwani is a Principal at PwC with 15 years of experience in Technology and Cybersecurity. She helps clients navigate complex Cyber, IT, and Regulatory risk issues. Shefali enjoys building new relationships and has experience working with diverse teams with cross functional skills to deliver quality solutions for clients. Shefali’s primary areas of focus include Operational Risk Management, Risk Governance, Global Regulatory Compliance, Risk Measurement, Monitoring & Reporting, and Board Reporting.
