Speaker Biographies

Nazira Carlage Salesforce Sr. Director, Product Security

Nazira Carlage is a Senior Director, Security Assurance at Salesforce. She has over 17 years of experience in information security, with 15 years focusing specifically on product security. Nazira enjoys sharing and learning from others in the industry. She has been a regular contributor to the Forum for Incident Response (FIRST), SAFECode (www. safecode.org), and Executive Women’s Forum (EWF). She contributed to the development of CVSSv3 (https://www.first.org/cvss) and CWE/SANS TOP 25 Most Dangerous Software Errors (http://www.sans.org/top25-software-errors/).

Nazira holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University and Hamdard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kyrgyz State Technical University. Originally from Kyrgyzstan, Nazira lives in the Boston area and is raising two precious girls with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, portrait photography, and textile design.

Sharon Chand Deloitte Principal

Ms. Chand is a Principal with Deloitte Cyber, with more than 25 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cyber risk solutions for her global clients. Ms. Chand leads teams focusing on Critical Infrastructure, delivering Cyber solutions, and regulatory compliance, and is leading Deloitte’s Secure Supply Chain strategic growth offering. She has supported clients across the Power & Utilities, Industrial Products, Construction, and Energy industries over the last 15 years. Ms. Chand brings deep experience in risk governance, vulnerability management, identity & access management, cyber risk strategy, and data protection. She has worked with industry-standard

frameworks including NIST CSF, ES-C2M2, and ISO in addition to regulatory requirements such as PCI, GDPR, CCPA, NERC / FERC, and CMMC. Ms. Chand is a CISSP and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. She lives in Gurnee IL.

Tami Cole Victoria’s Secret & Co AVP Cybersecurity

Tami Cole is a former external & internal auditor, recently pivoting to the Cybersecurity field to enhance and lead the risk solutions, governance, compliance and data protection functions for the newly formed Victoria’s Secret & Co. Tami’s teams are focused on enhancing data discovery capabilities, shifting security left in the e-commerce space, and the rollout of a quantitative risk assessment program to foster a common definition of risk for communicating cybersecurity challenges across the Enterprise. Tami and her husband are both Ohio natives and proud OSU Buckeye Alums, with two small boys and a large Boston Terrier that likes to listen in to all virtual at-home meetings.
