Holland Haiis is a workplace strategist, executive leadership coach, speaker, and award- winning author. Holland helps organizations with behavior-based solutions to increase retention, boost employee engagement, improve communication, and foster workplace well-being. She has a background in behavioral psychology, theater, and business, and before becoming an entrepreneur, she was an actress, who transitioned into Human Resources at one of New York City’s largest law firms. While at the firm Holland provided solutions to transform the culture and create cohesive leadership in the workplace.
When Holland left the firm, she began a consulting agency transitioning New York City’s premiere physicians out of hospitals and into private practice. Developing business leaders while creating strategies to reduce costly turn-over, decrease expensive errors, and improve patient service and satisfaction. Holland has been named one of 100 Global Thought Leaders along with Suze Orman, Deepak Chopra, and Gabby Bernstein. Her work was honored for her ideas around burnout and digital detox. Holland was also featured in Bagby’s 2022 Digital Wellness Report and named one of 28 International Digital Wellness Experts. Holland is often seen on CNN, ABC, FOX News, CBS, NBC, and CNBC, and in Fast Company, Inc., Thrive Global, and Cosmopolitan. She is the founder of Stand Up To Lead; an organization that supports and empowers women in leadership.
