Heather Smith Talent Elevated Founder & President

Heather Smith established her company, Talent Elevated, to help small to mid-sized businesses and leaders envision their desired employee culture and then employ practical strategies to elevate their talent and bring that culture to a reality. Heather’s career in healthcare, technology and telecommunications has taught her that businesses of all sizes often struggle to align their people and culture strategies to support the successful achievement of business objectives. Yet, when strategies are integrated successfully within an employee and leader’s daily work, transformation happens for both the individual and the company overall. Heather has a passion for unlocking employee potential and

has seen first-hand that when this happens across an organization the work environment transforms, joy returns to the workplace, and goal achievement is accelerated. As a working mom previously in the corporate environment and now to the entrepreneurial world, Heather understands the criticality of finding passion and purpose in your work to keep burnout at bay and see that her working hours make an impact in the lives of others. Her daily work helps people uncover where they can elevate the talent of those on their teams and personally identify what growth can do for their legacy and business or team.
