Jyoti Wadhwa NetApp Senior Director, Head of Global Cloud Security

Jyoti is a cloud security leader with over 20 years of experience across multiple verticals in private and public sectors. Jyoti has driven the advancement of cloud-based security initiatives for large enterprises, such as General Electric, JPL, Eli Lilly and federal government entities, such as the Department of Commerce. She brings strategic program development and agile-based operational experience to her role as Senior Director, Head of Global Cloud Security. Jyoti fosters a forward- thinking culture to ensure that data is well-protected in the cloud and maintains focus on

developing NetApp’s future-ready models for security which are data-centric, resilient, and efficient. Her leadership of cloud security innovation and digital modernization and passion for technology stems from prior roles such as, Director of Cybersecurity Solutions, T-Rex Inc., Cyber and Digital Leader, Booz Allen, VP of Technology Marketing, Trivalent (data protection), VP of Technology Marketing, Digial.ai (application protection), Director, Secure Software (application security), senior positions at Nortel, SAP (Plateau Systems), and Zayo (AboveNet). Jyoti is a passionate advocate of women in technology with contributions to associations such as Co-founder of the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF)’s Women Leaders in the Cloud Forum, Women in Tech, mentoring Girls in Tech technology, a EWF Lift mentor and member of Women’s Society of Cyberjitsu, ISC 2 Northern VA chapter. Jyoti is CISSP, HCISPP, ICP (Agile Design) and AWS CCP certified, holds MIT Executive Certificate in Transformative Leadership, a Bachelor’s of Commerce from the University of Calgary and a Masters’ of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of British Columbia.

Hon. Lisa Walsh Florida Judiciary Circuit Court Judge

Judge Lisa Walsh is a circuit court judge in the 11th judicial circuit of Miami-Dade County, Florida, currently assigned to the Civil, International Arbitration and Appellate Divisions. She has tried close to 200 jury trials and written over 80 published appellate opinions. Before becoming a judge, she practiced law for sixteen years, in both the trial and appellate state and federal courts. Judge Walsh is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale- Hubbell and was named in Super Lawyers and Florida Trend Legal Elite. She is a Past- President of the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.

Judge Walsh was the 2015-2016 President of the National Association of Women Judges and currently is the NAWJ International Director and represents the United States as a Director on the Board of the International Association of Women Judges. She is an adjunct professor of appellate advocacy at St. Thomas Law School and is part of the faculty and administration of Florida’s Advanced Judicial College, Florida Judicial College, the Florida Circuit Court Conference, and the National Judicial College. Judge Walsh has been honored with numerous awards, including the 2020 NAWJ Norma Wikler Award, the 2018 Florida Bar Young Lawyer’s Division Outstanding Jurist Award, the 2018 NAWJ Justice Vaino Spencer Leadership Award, the “Outstanding Woman in Government & Law” by the Miami-Dade Commission for Women, and the 2015 Mattie Belle Davis Award from Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
