Speaker Biographies

Marnie Wilking CISO, formerly Wayfair and Orion Health Board of Directors, Robert Half

Marnie Wilking is a Fortune 250 CISO with more than twenty years experience aligning cybersecurity strategy and regulatory requirements with business objectives to support and accelerate growth. Marnie Wilking was previously the CISO for Wayfair, a global online retailer for home furnishings. Prior to Wayfair, Marnie was Global CISO for Orion Health; Senior Director of Security Compliance for Early Warning; and Business Information Security Officer for Wells Fargo’s Mortgage division. Marnie currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Robert Half, International. She also sits on the boards for cybersecurity non-profit organizations CyberCrime Support Network and the Retail & Hospitality Information Sharing

and Analysis Center (RH-ISAC).

Marci Womack Schellman Senior Manager of Federal Services

Marci Womack is a Senior Manager at Schellman and serves as a Federal practice leader for both CMMC and FedRAMP. Prior to joining Schellman in 2016, Marci worked as a federal contractor implementing and assessing federal cybersecurity programs. Marci has over ten years of information security experience across various industries – cloud services, government, and financial services. In addition to executing numerous FedRAMP and CMMC assessments, Marci has experience assessing organizations for compliance with other frameworks, including FISMA, DoD CC SRG, NIST SP 800-171, CJIS, MARS-E, IRS 1075, and GLBA (FFIEC).

Kerstin Zell Executive Women’s Forum Vice President, Strategy and Operations

Kerstin joined the EWF in 2021. She comes to the EWF with over 20 years of professional experience in multiple industries and has led various high-exposure, multimillion-dollar, cross-functional change, and transformational efforts. She has a robust background in heading up technology implementations and improvement efforts. As Vice President of Operations and Strategy at the EWF, Kerstin works to advance organizational alignment, results, and systematic change to create and further strategic growth, impact, and success. Before joining the EWF Team, Kerstin was the COO of a cybersecurity services organization where she developed, oversaw, initiated, led, and facilitated operations

and strategic planning, enabling the organization to execute against set strategy, while providing a strong day-to-day leadership presence. Kerstin was born and raised in Germany. She came to the United States in 2003 and currently resides in North Carolina with her family. Kerstin’s experiences as an immigrant and single working mother have shaped her path and are the root of her passion to help others succeed and overcome adversity. Kerstin is a proud founding member and has served on the Board of Directors, for the nonprofit EmpoWE-R Women of InfoSec in Columbus OH. She was also the first President of the Board of the Columbus, OH Chapter of the International Consortium of Minority Cyber Professionals (ICMCP), now Cyversity, a 501(c)3 non-profit association dedicated to the academic and professional success of minority cybersecurity students and professionals.
