the ball instead of running in the final minute. This led to mistake two, leaving time on the clock after the field goal attempt. Mistake three was a missed field goal. Tennessee took full advantage of the Alabama miscues, marching down the field in the final 15 seconds to get into field goal range. The Volunteers, unlike Alabama, made the field goal attempt, which was a 40-yarder by Chase McGrath as time expired to seal the Orange and White's first victory over Alabama in 15 years. Alabama fell to 6-1 overall and 3-1 in the SEC, Tennessee remains undefeated at 6-0 and 3-0 in the SEC. The visiting Crimson Tide was flagged for a school record 17 penalties for 130 yards in the loss to the Volunteers. Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker played one of the best games of his career. Hooker completed 21 of 30 passes for 385 yards, five touchdowns and one interception. All five scoring
