昨年、ノヴィ・サモフド株式会社は、戦略的に人 材力と経営基盤を強化しました。責任ある経営の 実践においては、法規制への対応力が鍵となりま す。法務部の能力強化は我が社にとって優先課題 であり、昨年は化学分野に精通する人材2名を新 たに配属しました。同時に、ポズナン市のアダム・ ミツキェヴィチ大学化学科との提携を強化し、確 かな知識を共有しながら、幅広い関係者との協力 体制、技術革新に向けた足掛かりを築いていま す。これにより、化学関連の幅広い知識を社内に 吸収し、取引先や顧客により正確かつ効果的な情 報提供や連絡ができるようになります。 昨年は、製品に対する法規制への対応が大きな 課題として浮上しました。 欧州市場では、規制 が徐々に厳しくなっており、クメンやフッ素樹脂な どを含む製品では特に代替製品の開発が求めら れるようになりました。法務部は、製品の販売国 ごとに次々と改正される法規制と基準を把握しつ つ、国別に然るべく対応していきます。 これからも私たちは、野心的な目標に向かって着 実に事業を遂行していきます。課題にもきちんと 向き合っていきます。Soft99 Europeが秘めた力 を賢く最大限に引き出すべく、強力な事業体制を 構築しています。
The past year has been a time of strategic amplification for Nowy Samochód S.A. in both a personal and operational capacity. Understanding the foundations of a responsibly managed business, we consider legislative issues to be absolutely key. The legislative department is one of our priorities, which is why in the past year we increased its potential by expanding the team with 2 new people closely related to the chemical industry. At the same time, we are strengthening our partnership with the Faculty of Chemistry at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, which allows us to benefit from an exceptionally broad background, reliable knowledge and innovation. This cooperation additionally allows us to expand our knowledge of chemistry for internal purposes, as well as to build effective and precise communication aimed at our audience. The past year was characterised by a large number of challenges in terms of product legislation. The ever-increasing requirements on the European market compelled us to make numerous updates, especially for products containing cumene or fluoropolymers. As an European division, we constantly keep track of the dynamic legislative changes and applicable standards in the various countries to which we distribute our product range and responsibly adapt to each individual country. We are ready to pursue ambitious goals and projects. We recognise the challenges ahead of us. We are building a strong organisation that can use the potential of Soft99 Corporation in Europe wisely and effectively.
