昨年の事業概要を発表するにあたり、弊社ノヴィ・サ モフド（Nowy Samochód）取締役会は、事業成功へ の継続的なご尽力及び弊社に対する信頼に感謝いた します。弊社の組織間関係における確固たる基盤は、 事業を行う際の原動力となっただけでなく、会社の成 長、事業計画の実行、効果的な課題への対処を促す 大きな力の源でもありました。 2023 年は、ノヴィ・サモフドにとって非常に活発に活 動した年であり、また、会社の発展の年でもあったと いう意味で、非常に重要な年でありました。ビジネス 目標を一貫して実行することで、想定していた 20% の成長を達成し、投資の余地を生み出すことができ ました。欧州においては、重要なフォーマル部門およ びマーケティング分野の組織体制を強化しました。慎 重な市場分析により、市場の変化を察知し、ビジネス 環境をより深く理解し、現代的で革新的、かつ信頼で きるブランド、つまり人々のライフスタイルにフィット するブランドを効果的に構築することができました。 ビジネスの成功はさらなる野心を築き、年々更なる目 標を掲げることに繋がります。昨今、世界では、政治 や経済が不安定に大きく変動していますが、弊社は 楽観的に将来を見据えています。目標達成へ向けて 日々誠実に仕事を行うことにより、未来がより良い平 和な日になると確信しています。 2024年は、弊社にとって喜ばしいことが二重に起こ る年であり、非常に刺激的な年となるでしょう。ソフ ト99 を 70 年の伝統を持つブランドとして共同で創り 上げ、10 年にわたってその歴史のヨーロッパの一章を 刻むことができることを誇りに思います。
As we open the business summary of the past year, we would like, as the Board of Directors of the Nowy Samochód company, to sincerely thank you for your relentless efforts towards our mutual success and the trust that you have granted us. The unchanging foundations of the relationship between our organisations have been a source of great strength that has not only propelled us into action but also allowed us to grow, implement our plans and successfully face our challenges. The year 2023 was a time of very intensive work for Nowy Samochód, but crucially, also a time of growth. In consistency with our business intentions, we achieved our growth target of 20% and created space for ourselves to invest. We strengthened the organisational structure in the formal department, which is key from a European perspective, as well as in the area of marketing. Careful analysis of the market has enabled us to recognise changes, better understand the business environment and successfully build a brand that is modern, innovative and worthy of customers’ trust – a brand that fits in with their lifestyle. Business successes build our ambition and each year drive us to set ever more daring goals. Despite the unstable and dynamically changing political situation in the region and the global economic situation, we look to the future with optimism. We know that persistence in the pursuit of goals and diligent work are the most effective tools in the fight for a better and peaceful tomorrow. As a year of double celebration, 2024 is also extremely exciting for us. We are proud to co-create Soft99 as a brand with 70 years of tradition while writing a European chapter of its history for a decade.
