EVERY PATH COUNTS Connecting Students to Career Training Across NYC with the Career Directory
To help young people and the professionals who support them navigate the complex landscape of career training opportunities, we created the Career Directory, an open-access digital tool featuring 300+ free or low-cost career training programs across New York City. Each program listing includes standardized and vetted information—such as eligibility, cost, duration, credential earned, and location—so counselors and advisors can help students evaluate options with the same clarity and rigor typically used in the college search process.
Young people are often told to dream big without being provided the necessary tools. The Career Directory is shifting that paradigm by providing students and the educators who passionately support them with a concrete, equity-driven resource to explore meaningful, attainable career paths.
