All that God is and all that God has is at the disposal of prayer. But we must use the key. Prayer can do anything that God can do, and as God can do anything, prayer is omnipotent. No one can stand against the man who knows how to pray and who meets all the conditions of prevailing prayer and who really prays. The Lord God Omnipotent works for him and works through him.” Biota’s W orld-W ide Prayer Circle mem bers rejoice with deep gratitude for the marvelous ways God is answering prayer as they continue before His throne, wait ing upon Him from whom alone is the Christian’s expectation. On the occasion of the night of prayer for Biola, April 11, many friends responded to President Rood’s call for this intercession, and they believe that God will answer mightily on behalf of His own work. Suggested subjects for prayer at this time are as follows: 1. The Lord’s continued dealing with those who have heard the gospel through the students in their weekly practical Chris tian work. 2. The health of the students, faculty members, and employes o f the Institute dur ing the strenuous work of the closing months of the school year. 3. President Rood’s ministry to such young people, parents, Sunday-school teach ers, and Christian stewards as the Lord would choose to relate in some way to the program of the Bible Institute of Los An geles. Persons wishing to become members of the Prayer Circle by choosing a definite hour for prayer for Biola each week are invited to address the Secretary, Miss Christina J. Braskamp, 558 S. Hope St., Los Angeles, Calif.
