It was with great pleasure that we announced Jim Gallagher from Ansell Lighting as the winner of the 2020 Sales Representative of the Year award. Jim Gallagher joined Ansell Lighting in July 2015 as an experienced Senior Business Manager with more than 20 years of international achievements in the B2B market. He has a vast range of experience in the wholesale and retail sales sectors and is well versed in budget management, production planning, people management, procurement and supply chain. Throughout his career, Jim has demonstrated that he is a huge asset to any sales team and someone who works tirelessly on behalf of his customers. Eclipse Controls was deemed the worthy winner of the ‘Specialist Contractor of the Year’ award by our judging panel, who praised the company’s approach to overcoming obstacles on complex projects, as well as the quality of workmanship and the satisfying results. Founded in 2015, Eclipse Controls initially started life as the only Irish Value-Added Partner for the Signify range of lighting control systems, but has quickly evolved into a company that designs, supplies, commissions and maintains lighting and building management systems across sectors that range from retail and hospitality through to industrial and commercial. The Cork-based company received top marks for how it was able to handle an extremely complex project with a lot of moving parts that required detailed coordination.
