The Gripple® fast fit systems are designed to save time, labour and reduce costs by making installation quicker and easier. Supplied in ready-to-use kits, they are lightweight, require no on-site cutting and reduce the time spent at height, providing enormous health and safety benefits for your project. Pre-fabricated trapeze bracket solution offering speed, flexibility and efficient use of space, for the installation of electrical containment, pipework, ductwork and other mechanical services in restricted places. • No need to cut threaded rod or channel on-site. • 180 kg 3:1 per system. • Up to six times faster to install than traditional suspension systems. • Bracket can be moved up and down the track without tools. • Safety lock ensures security once bracket is in place. • Two-point ceiling fixing using shot fire, drop-in anchor or wedge. • Tracks bend neatly under bracket, meaning no wastage. • System can be ‘stacked’ on-site within a small area. • Available in standard, low-profile or side-loading, for efficient use of space in any installations.
Fast Trak is an excellent alternative to the traditional method, particularly for projects with strict timescales. This is because Gripple’s pre-fabricated trapeze bracket solution delivers significant time savings for the installation of the electrical containment while delivering an aesthetically pleasing finish. Fast Trak is a zero-waste product, comprising of metal tracks and mounting brackets which arrive to site in pre-cut lengths. It has been independently tested and is a fully compliant, fire-resistant suspension system which is suitable for a range of applications. Adjustments during installation can be made completely tool-free, allowing contractors to save time and labour. It is suitable for any application and was previously installed in prestigious buildings such as UCD Student Accommodation, Trinity Student Accommodation, Dean Street Hotel and Erskine House Belfast.
