BMAC continues to highlight this work and the life and legacy of Mr. Harry Belafonte, with Prophet moderating the Following Harry documentary panel.

JAMES BROWN BMAC celebrated our 5 year anniversary by producing a Juneteenth Summit - a powerful celebration of Black music, freedom and the legacy of James Brown. Hosted at Brown’s estate in Georgia, the event was led by the Black Music Action Coalition, Primary Wave and UMG’s Task Force for Meaningful Change, with Billboard proudly on site to support and capture the moment.
