2025 BMAC Impact Report

BMAC RESTORE & REBUILD LA GUARANTEED INCOME & SUPPORT PROGRAM ALTADENA

BMAC X NEIL LASHER MUSIC FUND ATLANTA LUNCHEON Prophet joined fellow Neil Lasher Music Fund Board Members and key Atlanta industry leaders at the BMAC/Neil Lasher Music Fund ATL Luncheon to advance the mission of expanding mental-health and recovery resources for the music community. The gathering focused on strategies to break the stigma around treatment in Black and Brown communities. HIP HOP MUSEUM GALA Prophet, BMAC CEO & President and board member of the Hip Hop Museum, joins to support the Hip Hop Museum Gala, in NYC. Nas donated $1 million to the museum that was matched by another million dollars from Resorts World.

Looking ahead, 2026 will be a defining year for the music industry and BMAC stands committed to being a force of positive direction. Artificial intelligence will be a major focus of our work. BMAC is calling for a separate charting system for AI-generated music versus human artists because creators should never have to compete against machines trained on their own work. At the same time, we are working directly with AI companies to ensure creatives have a real seat at the table as these systems are built, governed, and scaled. Every dollar you gave this year created real outcomes: families housed, communities stabilized, young creatives and executives funded and empowered, laws advanced, and futures defended. This was not charity, it was investment. Strategic. Courageous. Necessary.

As the challenges grow more complex, our resolve grows stronger. Because of you, BMAC will continue to meet this moment boldly, ensuring the culture we power is finally matched by the power we hold.

Thank you for believing in this work. Thank you for trusting us with your support. And thank you for helping turn conviction into change.

With gratitude and resolve,
