VIII. P atient Quality of Life Survey The Patient Quality of Life section provides information about self- reported quality of life for patients who have shared their experiences with VISION. The survey* is called the The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy — General (FACT-G), and has 27-item questions designed to measure four domains of health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in cancer patients: Physical, Social, Emotional and Functional well-being.
